Your Responsibilities:
- Full responsibility for sales activities within the Netherlands sales territory, including clear order intake and profit accountability.
- Active acquisition of new customers as well as development and expansion of existing customer relationships.
- Building and maintaining a strong network of end customers and resellers.
- Technical consulting of customers in the fields of fire prevention and measurement technology – from needs analysis to contract conclusion.
- Development and implementation of a territory and market development strategy.
- Conducting price and contract negotiations in line with internal sales guidelines.
- Close collaboration with Inside Sales, Service, Product Management, and Engineering.
- Structured documentation and maintenance of all sales activities in the CRM system (Salesforce).
- International collaboration with Germany as well as other international subsidiaries, including occasional trips to the headquarter in Northern Germany.
